After the excitement of 2015 bringing in the “big guns” with the biggest EVER grossing movies including Starwars – The Force Awakens, Jurassic World and the final instalment of The Hunger Games it was going to be some year to top!  As we are now over half way through 2016, it seems like opportune moment to look at how this years chart is shaping up:-

With this year’s biggest seller Finding Dory still trailing The Force Awakens (by a colossal $270,000,000), 2016 will need an another December full of HUGE sellers to have any change of nocking The Force Awakes of the top spot. Some top movies that look to boost 2016 are Rouge One: A Starwars Story, Assassins Creed and Gold.
