Supporting Artists London

We’ve Got Talent were recently contacted by a client who required 150 supporting artists and extra’s for the launch of a new train in London. This was a very exciting project for us to be invited to be involved with and our castings team set to work on gathering the right candidates for the filming.

We were delighted to have been asked to provide the supporting artists and extras that were to portray passengers walking up and down the platform and gather at the doors preparing to board the train. This event took place at Paddington Station early on a wet Sunday morning.

There was great interest from the general public at Paddington as to what was going on…some even thought that James Bond was being filmed!!

We’ve Got Talent took great pride in putting together the right team which included young and old, this was taken from the written brief supplied by the client. Our castings team took time to get the right allocation of numbers in each of the age ranges to ensure that the client was happy with the overall team and therefore capturing the right footage for their new train launch.

As part of our service to clients and due to the number of staff involved, We’ve Got Talent provided three event managers on location to greet the Supporting Actors on arrival, guide them into one of the three working groups and to answer any questions, they were also able to work alongside the client to enable them to capture the right footage – this was all included at no extra cost.

The event was deemed a great success by all involved, we received a lovely email from the client after the event who was delighted with the team that we provided.
